The Setting

Three-course group dinner

A three-course dinner for 30, with a choice of main course and a rustic private dining space.

A rustic private dining space for thirty guests, arranged across three tables of ten. Exclusive use during the stated hours, linen, place settings and a welcome seating plan are included in the $300 space fee. AV equipment is not included.

Dietary & Choice Deadlines: Collect each guest’s main-course choice and allergies by November 5. The cauliflower main is vegan; a vegan dessert can be arranged at the same example price. The kitchen must confirm all allergy requests and cannot guarantee no cross-contact.

Pricing & Booking Terms

Three courses at $55 per guest, still and sparkling water, tea or coffee, table service and all stated taxes and service charges. Exclusive space hire is a separate $300 line item.

A non-alcoholic welcome drink is optional at $6 per guest, or $180 for the group. If selected, the total becomes $2,130. Alcoholic drinks and AV equipment are excluded.

Proposal Validity & Policies

Example proposal valid through October 16, 2026. Date and space remain subject to confirmation. A 30% deposit of $585 would secure a confirmed booking; the remaining $1,365 would be due on the evening. Final guest count and main-course choices are due November 5. Cancellation at least fourteen days before the event returns the deposit; later cancellation retains it.
